Visit the client's premises to review the culture and take the brief over and above the position description which gives us a performance profile.
Depending on the seniority of the position and technical requirements we will use several different means of accessing the best candidates for the job, some of these are; search methodology; database review and search, Google desktop, networking, advertising etc.
All candidates through Bishop Consulting are thoroughly screened using global best practice evidence based interviewing techniques.
A minimum of two reference checks are completed using candidates direct manager and or supervisor. Bishop Consulting supplies the referees work email addresses and telephone numbers to the client along with the formal reference check. The client can request extra questions be added to the reference check which relate specifically to the role in a technical and or sales based area.
Bishop Consulting can carry out specific assessments for the shortlisted candidate/s. These are usually used when the client has difficulty in making a choice over which candidate to move forward with. The assessments can be related to numerical, verbal, written, abstract reasoning, sales, management and personality.
